Velvet 1.2.06 发布

这一版本版本最大的改进就是可以不需要再将PE的两端数据合并到一起了，使用-separate参数可以使用两端分离的PE数据，其他没啥变化（难道这还不够你尖叫的吗？！），使用方法如下：

velveth Assem 31 -shortPaired -fasta -separate left.fa right.fa
