刚刚在群组中看到SolexaQA软件包的发布，发表在BMC Bioinformatics上的文章，三大组件用途：

* SolexaQA -- 从Fastq文件统计reads质量并可视化显示。
* DynamicTrim -- 根据用户设定的测序质量阈值过滤低质量碱基。
* LengthSort -- 根据用户设定的Reads长度过滤质量过滤后低于此长度的Reads。

  1. 急求一个问题，solexa的数据结果，首先不是应该去除3′ adapter，然后去除低质量区域吗？那么去除3′ adapter怎么去除呢？

    1. @insidion:你测得长度多少，怎么会有3’的adapter序列呢？这个软件包里好像也有脚本可以截掉两端的特定长度序列
